The Barn

The Barn at The Oak Granary is iconic. A steel dairy barn built in the 1950s, its 60 foot tall ceilings and towering silos set amidst the farm and rolling hills make quite a statement. Ideal for weddings and large gatherings of up to 175 people (with parking onsite), The Barn can be rented with the houses and campground for a rustic chic destination wedding.  We offer clients support with sourcing a sustainable farm-to-table affair, and our experienced team will help facilitate a smooth and memorable event.

"Brandie and I were married at the Oak Granary, and absolutely loved it!  In this rural northern California setting we were able to take majestic sweeping pictures of the rolling hills and breathtaking views of the land along with the wedding party, while still hosting a phenomenal party. The sun lit the hills gold and everyone felt inspired by the warmth of such gorgeous nature. It was truly magical and majestic.  I can't say enough good things about the space--perfection!" "Forever we will remember that magical weekend at Oak Granary where we gathered our dearest friends and family to witness our ceremony of marriage. Together we celebrated love and abundance, in harmony with nature, well supported by the Oak Granary staff, and nested within the rustic elegance of the open air barn with stunning views on 3 sides. The natural space of the valley is awe inspiring and peaceful, among the oak trees and acorn woodpeckers. Many of our friends camped out on the land to be close to us for the weekend while many of our family members stayed in nearby hotels and motels. The OG staff provided guidance and support for us to meet our desire to throw an environmentally conscious and fabulously fun weekend long party. OG offered options for local farm-to-fork caterers, locally produced wine, and they also helped us think through the flow of everything from getting dishes washed to where people would park. We always felt supported and encouraged through the planning process and we are grateful for that grounding energy. We made use of the pond for swimming, hills for hiking, solar showers, and even the composting toilets were well build and well maintained. Our ceremony and celebration was uniquely ours, and to be in such a beautiful and natural space while also having the support of the OG infrastructure made treasured memories. Oh and the pictures turned out spectacular with all that natural beauty! After our ceremony we ate, celebrated, our friend's played live music, and we danced into the night until the full moon was high in the sky! Our magical weekend was all so real and like an oak woodland dream." Bride, 2016
